Italian Baked Fish Recipe

Ingredients

1lb Sole Fillets

5 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

5 tablespoons Italian Dressing

5 tablespoons Breadcrumbs

1 clove Garlic (crushed)

2 tablespoons Parsley (finely chopped)

5 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and Pepper

Method

Place fish in shallow baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.

Leave to marinate for several hours in the refrigerator turning the fish occasionally.

Drain the marinade and mix with breadcrumbs and spread over the fish.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake the fish uncovered for 30 minutes.

Place under the grill for 5 minutes or until the fish is crispy and golden brown on top.
